No, MAT is not compulsory for admissions to the MBA course at SJES College of Management. The college accepts several national/ state based management entrance examination scores for admissions to the MBA course, and MAT is one of those. SJES Management College accepts the relevant scores in CATMATCMATPGCET for admission to the MBA course. Therefore, candidates with relevant scores in MAT can be considered to get admission into the MBA at SJES Management College. However, only scoring in the MAT entrance examination is not compulsory.

The university may not release the cutoff details in public domain. As per past years' data, the CAT percentile cutoff has been 70 for the overall category. Candidates with a cutoff equal to or better than the prescribed percentile become eligible for admission. Some of the factors, on which the cutoff depends are number of applicants, CAT scores, number of seats available, etc.

Preparing for NMAT in two months is feasible with a well structured plan. Candidates must allocate time to cover all three sections, logical reasoning, quantitative skills, and language skills.

Candidates can refer to CAT books for MAT preparation but they should also study from books and study material specifically designed for MAT. The Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation and English topics are same for CAT and MAT. But to prepare for Economic and Business Environment section of MAT, one will need books and study material specific to it.

Usually, the Association of Indian Management Schools (AIMS), the exam conducting body for ATMA, does not open the form correction window. The ATMA application process includes release of the ATMA application form, fee payment, last date of application, admit card release, exam day, and result announcement.

The varsity does not provide the facility of form correction for the ATMA application form 2025.
