Couple of EMBA programs can waive it off depending on the candidate's qualifications and work experience. Applicants with more than 10 years' work experience can have a waiver. Check ISB PGPMAX, Duke Fuqua EMBA, Cornell EMBA, NYU EMBA, NUS UCLA Asian EMBA. Many blended and online EMBA programs can also be considered.

The flagship MBA course at SIBM Pune starts in June, and you need to appear for SNAP in the previous December.
Therefore, to apply for the MBA batch of 2017-19 you need to take SNAP in December 2016.

With just 54 percentile in CET, it's quite difficult to get admitted into a "good" B-school in Pune and the colleges giving you admission won't be "good"; it would be a waste of both money and time to pursue MBA from such colleges. I would advise you prepare well and given these exams another shot next year. Try aiming 98+ percentile in order to stand a chance of getting a "great" B-school in Pune or Mumbai.
