No, this is a very low score. You may get admission in Sinhgad College through management quota.

You can apply in Pune for Balaji Group, Indira Group or D. Y. Patil Group to get a seat for MBA programme.

CAT preparation requires hard work, solving the problems with greater level of speed with accuracy. Therefore, you need to work hard but if you do good work you will get a good percentile. With that you can join a top B-school.

There are some universities providing admission under MAT. Therefore, apply for the same, DTE will consider the same.

Get top score in CAT examination, your academic credentials is not bad. You are good but you have to focus on CAT examination and its percentile.

CAT is an online exam conducted in late November every year for applying to IIMs and other good B-schools in India. There are three parts in CAT- logical reasoning and DI, English and quant which comprises of 100 questions.
