No matter how well you do in class 10th or 12th or in your GD-PI. You have to perform well in any aptitude test that shows your level of IQ and eligibility to pursue management education. With 68.41 percentile, your rank is more than 30000 which makes it impossible to convert and also one student scoring 75 and another scoring 95 in SSC will get the same weightage as far as the past academic records are concerned.

NSS certificate might help you only in the interviews. It won't help you to qualify the entrance exam.
It might get you a job in some government approved NGO.

Yes, you can get admission, but Wellingkar, again, has its own admission process. Just apply. You need to face the GD and PI of the same.

You can apply for all the top colleges in both Pune and Mumbai like in Pune, Balaji Group, DY Patil, Indira Group, and Pune Institute. You can apply for the top institutes of Mumbai too.

One should do MBA only from any of the top 50 B-Schools for long-term career growth. Therefore, lots of students drop one or two years to prepare for CAT to get admission in best B-Schools. Devoting one full year for the competitive exams such as CAT or XAT has its own merits and demerits.
