For CAT one should have Bachelor's degree with minimum 50%. There is no concern with 12th class percentage.

No, it's not compulsory to give CAT for pursuing BBA and MBA from the same college. CAT is an exam conducted for admissions into the different IIMs for their MBA programs only. For BBA, there are different exams like NPAT, SET, IPM, etc.

Yes, the college considers MAH-CET score for PGDM but you'll also have to clear the GD-PI rounds for admission in PGDM program.
