Hello,
To get admission in a reputed college, you need to appear for CAT or their personal entrance exam. To get admission in abroad, you need to appear for GMAT exam. Job experience is not required, but if he have some, then it will add as a plus point or understanding of concept will be easy.
All the best.

Dear student,
With this score, there isn't any chance of getting in this institute. So it's better either try for some other college or apply next time with better preparation and test score.
All the best.
