A minimum of 80 percentile is required to get a call from all IIMs except IIM-Ahmedabad where the cutoff for OBC goes down to 65 percentile as well. For the general category, you need more than 99.5 percentile.

Chances look good enough as minimum 40 percentile is required for admissions. Placements have been average at NITs, so choose accordingly.

KMAT and PGCET are much easier as compared to CMAT, which has equal difficultly level in all sections and also has general knowledge section.

Welingkar, Bombay is good. There is no IT specialization in Bangalore though.
You can check Symbiosis CISR if there admission are still open and check whether any other colleges admission are open or not.
