Yes you can start preparing for CAT now. It depends on your preparation, first look at the syllabus, previous year papers / model question papers of CAT. If you think you can prepare on your own than you start self-study along with a test series from any good coaching institute. If you need you need assistance for any section than coaching is good option.

It will be difficult to get a good B-School at this score. A score above 85 percentile is good enough for admissions in top B-Schools of India. You can try for colleges like Soon Business School, Alliance and Asia-Pacific.
