You will be applying through all India seats with your MAT score. Normally, the cut off is much higher.

You should apply for the colleges. The above mentioned colleges have a profile based selection. You should prepare well for GD/ PI.

The minimum CAT score should be 60 percentile. However, while CAT score holds weightage, importance shall also be given to the overall performance of the candidate in his academic career and performance in subsequent stages of selection. So, since, you have a decent score in graduation, you may apply and wait for the results.

It is not mandatory. MHCET and CAT are good enough to secure seats in Maharashtra based colleges. You can also apply with MAT scores.

Hello Souvik, I would request you to wait for the shortlist. Once you get selected you will be notified. Moreover, I can say graduation marks do play a role but yes a good score in CAT/GMAT will definitely help you in cracking. Thank you.

There are less chances. You need to score at least 550 for a decent college with fair placements assurance.

CAT exam open doors for almost all top B-schools including IIMs, FMS DU, MDI, etc. The choice of good institutes to pursue MBA after MAT is very limited.

Hi Padmanabha,
Yes, there are two type of seats available in every management institutes.
1. NRI quota or management quota.
2. Based on entrance examination.
The NRI seats costs high, but admission through MAT exam will have regular fee.
All the best.
