There won't be any technical round, but there will be a personal interview. They will check your communication skills, aspirations about your future, etc.

Yes they will accept the MAT score.You have to score more than 80 percentile in MAT.

You can go for CMA foundation as it will be helpful to you. CAT is completely different and meant for some other purpose. Therefore, you can choose accordingly.

The admissions for MBA are based on your scores in MAT exam. Each college grants admission based on the merit list. Thus, it all depends on how many candidates apply for admission in a particular institute and what is their MAT score. Your admissions chances depend on the relative score/rank that you have in comparison with other candidates.
