Hi,
You should complete your BBA first because maintaining CAT along with your studies is hard as both are entirely different.
I would suggest you to take 1 year after graduation and devote your time for CAT preparation by joining regular batches in CAT coaching institutions like, TIME or Career Launcher as they provide well prepared study materials and also provide mock tests.
By doing so, it will increase the chances to get score and a call from any IIMs.

MAT is easy, but there are only 1 or 2 colleges, which accepts MAT score.

If you can secure 50% in CAT and 70% in MAT you are eligible to apply. Since IILM Admission team look into the overall profile of the candidate, entrance exam score is just one of the other parameters.

It is not recommended to prepare for CAT by self-study as you want to get it done within 4 months. You can take coaching from a good coaching Institutions like: TIME or Career Launcher.

Yes, anyone with any form of graduate degree can appear in CAT examination. There will have to be some legal documentation that would be needed from the NDA campus where you've trained.
