I would suggest you should not once again go for MAT. Your previous MAT scores are enough to apply to this college. You should visit the college once with your MAT scores along with graduation degrees

Keeping oneself updated is the right thing to do. You should read blogs by renowned bloggers such as Bachi Karkaria, Jug Suraiya, Swamithan Aiyar, Gurcharan Das, P Sainath, etc. You can refer Indian journals such as Economic Times, The Hindu, TOI or Hindustan Times. You can also read English journals such as The Newyork Times, The Gaurdian blogs, etc.
I would suggest you to also hear and keep track of current news and read Reader's Digest and refer Manorama year book for enhancing your general knowledge.
I hope it helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.

As per your MAT score, your requisite percentile will be around 35 percentile to 45 percentile. The percentile is a very low score to confirm a seat in any institute. I would suggest that you should re-appear for the MAT exam and attempt it to the best of your capabilities to ensure the seat.
However as requested, for list of colleges offering admission in Mumbai, kindly refer the link given below:-

Kindly filter out the branch/college/location as desired from the above link.
I hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.
