Hi Saurav,
Once the CAT percentile results are declared, every college releases its criteria of shortlisting and weightage that it gives to academics, work experience, etc. Different colleges have different weightages but most colleges give weightage to class 12th, 10th and graduation marks during final selection.

The percentile for total group ranks the candidate's score in relation to the scores of every individual in the norm group. The MAT score tells you the relative position of the candidate with respect to the other candidates.
For example, a percentile score of 95 means that there are 95% of candidates below you whose scores are less than you. Your percentile score of 28.99% means that there are 28.99% of candidates below you whose scores are lesser than yours.

Hello Pragati,
You've pretty good score in MAT and you can apply for many good B-schools with this. So, I would suggest you to try for good B-schools through your MAT. The best B-schools that you can target with this are: BIMTECH, UPES, Great Lakes, Christ & XIME. Good luck.

Hi Sourav,Yes MAT score is accepted. At ISB&M the admissions are competitive. Weightage in Selection process : Written test : 25% Academics : 25% GD & PI : 40% Work Experience : 10%. GD consist of group discussion on the latest on going topic. Your speaking skills, body language, personality & confidence level is been tested. After GD is done few of them are being shortlisted for PI. In PI you will be questioned upon the things you have studied so far. To see how much you are clear with your concept. *For a great candidate, only written test is not a barrier*
