Yes, you can get into NTPC School of Business with a 70 percentile in XAT.

Yes, MAT is one of the entrance exams whose scores are accepted by Sabarmati University. The CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT are the other scores accepted by Sabarmati University.
