Some points to ponder over, when you choose your B-School:

Consider the cost and location
For many, the decision starts and ends with the cost of tuition. The decision whether to relocate also plays a large part in the decision-making process.
It also pays to consider what you want to do after you graduate and where you want to do it. The network you establish during your time at business school can mean lifetime connections.

Know whether you qualify for any scholarships or special funding
Scholarships can be worth lacs and are awarded based on various criteria. The most common scholarships are awarded for academic excellence. Other scholarships include athletic/ merit-based, and needs-based scholarships.

Be realistic – are the entry requirements achievable for you?
It’s easy to get lost in the myriad of business school prospectuses and all they have to offer. But it’s important to bear in mind what your chances are of being accepted into the school and programme of your choice.

Consider the study format/ specialisation and teaching pedagogy:
Different schools have different curricula and specialisations, so you’ll want to research whether the school you’re interested in aligns with your career ambitions and personal interests.

Amity University Noida considers XAT scores, and some say that Amity University considers CAT, GMAT, and XAT scores.

For the MBA General program, Amity University requires a score of 85th percentile in CAT or MAT. For other MBA programs, such as MBA Marketing, MBA Retail, MBA HR, and MBA Corporate Finance, the cutoff is 75th percentile.

Amity University offers direct admission to undergraduate courses to students who have an aggregate of 80% or more in Class XII. However, direct admission is not available for Architecture, Design, Education, Fine Arts, Fashion, Law, and Physical Education.

Amity University also offers direct admission to its own graduates for all Master's programs. This is only applicable to graduates from 2023 and 2024, and they must meet the program's minimum eligibility requirements.

There is no minimum score needed to apply for the PGDM program, according to soil.edu.in. An applicant's complete profile, including their academic standing and pertinent work history, is taken into account by SOIL.

The selection process for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme at RKDF University is based on the merit in the qualifying examination and the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT). The minimum eligibility criteria for MBA is a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university with at least 50% aggregate marks. Candidates are selected based on the merit in the qualifying examination and the CMAT score. The institute-level counseling is conducted for the MBA program. The CMAT is a national-level test that assesses candidates' quantitative, logical reasoning, language, and general awareness skills. The test is computer-based.

Eligibility: Candidates are required to have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories)
