No, the institute does not consider sectional cutoffs for admission.

The final CAT cutoff for IIM Shillong admission ranges between 90 to 93 percentile.

The IIM Shillong qualifying CAT 2022 cut off was 90 percentile with a sectional cutoff of 75 percentile. Candidate who secure the required CAT percentile are invited for further rounds of selection, the WAT and GP-PI round. In 2023 admission process of all IIMs, WAT was not conducted.  

For final admission, the college assess the performance of the candidate in CAT & GD-PI round, and the profile of the candidate. 

The following weightage is given to the different components to make the final admission offer:

SNAP score has a weightage of 50% aggregate from the total marks, followed by a 10% aggregate of GE and WAT, each and PI has a weightage of 30% aggregate

The application fee for SNAP is INR 1,750 for all programmes.

The national-level entrance exams accepted at JBIMS for admisison are MAHCET, CMAT, CAT and GMAT. In addition to this, the college also considers Common Entrance Test/ CET/ PET/ NET/ SET/ GRF for admission to different courses followed by Group Discussion and Personal ROunds for the final selection of students.

For MBA admission, candidates who have applied are further shortlisted based on the composite score (calculated using CAT score, past academic performance, experience, gender and diversity) for a Virtual Interview. For other courses, however, students are either selected on the basis of their academic background, personal interview, SOP of institute conducted entrance exam. 

Admission to IIT Madras DoMS is only subject to candidates' performance in CAT followed by their performance in the institute-level Personal Interview (PI) and their performance in past academics. MAT exam is not accepted for the same as per the oficial website.  SNAP cut off percentile for SIBM Pune depends on a number of factors. Some of these are mentioned below:
