The worthiness of CAT percentile depends on the MBA college you want to take admission into. For a Tier 1 B-School, 95 + percentile is a good score, whereas for a Tier 2 institute, 80-90 percentile is a good score. Admission cut offs of the Iims are always 95 percentile and above.

No, most Master of Business Administration colleges shortlists students for admission based on the overall Xavier Aptitude Test percentile. However, the students must aim to meet sectional Xavier Aptitude Test cut-offs too in the exam to avoid an unwanted situation at the time of admission. Before applying for admission, students must check the selection criteria of their target colleges to be sure of the requirements. For more information, visit the Shiksha Xavier Aptitude Test page. Sectional cut-off refers to the minimum percentile fixed for each section of the Xavier Aptitude Test exam, as a cut-off that students have to meet. For example, if the Quantitative Aptitude cut-off is 85 percentile for Xavier Aptitude Test, that means a candidate must have scored 85 percentile or more in the Quantitative Aptitude section of the Xavier Aptitude Test to be eligible for Personal Interview shortlisting. For more information, visit the Shiksha Xavier Aptitude Test cutoff page. (https://www.shiksha.com/mba/xat-exam-cutoff). I hope this will help you.

Xavier Aptitude Test cut-off percentiles are the minimum qualifying marks to be scored in the exam, based on which Xavier School of Management will shortlist students for the Group Discussion/Personal Interview round. It means, that the students scoring above the cut-off fixed for that admission year will be eligible for admission to the Xavier School of Management. However, the final selection will be based on several other factors. For more information, visit the Shiksha Xavier Aptitude Test cutoff page. (https://www.shiksha.com/mba/xat-exam-cutoff).
