It is really not necessary to prepare for CAT exam what ever you learn and experience in your MBA programme 85% of the questions will be asked in CAT and remaining 15% will be other. Start thinking practical and logical don't just read them like a kid try to understand and solve the cases like you are the owner and you need to solve the obstacles in business by this way one can have extreme knowledge on business management so that CAT exam can be easily solved by you. :). .

I am sorry, but with marks of 392 even under OBC category, you cannot get a government MBBS seat in any state
But you have many chances to get BDS seat
All this I talked about government colleges
There are chances for private colleges.

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them, toughness level of the examination etc. But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 294 marks you may not get a seat in a Government Medical College
For example, In NEET 2019, the lowest marks that got a seat in Government Medical College for sc category under Madhya Pradesh state quota was 409 marks and it was for Government Medical College Shahdol.

For getting into IITTM-Gwalior, you will certainly have to target a percentile of 70 and above in CAT/MAT/CMAT. The best thing about IITTM is that you can apply with scores of either CAT MAT or CMAT and if at all a particular day could not be in your favour, you can certainly perform well in the other exams and attain a good percentile that can give you a GD-PI call.
