- ATMA rank card
- ATMA admit card
- Aadhaar Card
- Class 10 marksheet
- Class 12 marksheet
- Graduation Marksheet
- Transfer Certificate
- Caste Certificate of SC/ST/BC/Minorities, as applicable
- Two recent passport-size photographs.
