There is no specific CAT cutoff for DMS IIT Madras. The selection process consists the followings.
1. Shortlisting Process : COMPOSITE SCORE will be calculated with due weights to :-
a) CAT score
b) Past academic performance,
c) Work experience
d) Academic Diversity
e) Gender
2. Final selection : Candidates from all categories shortlisted based on the composite score shall be called for a Written Ability Test(WAT) and Personal Interview(PI) to a given location. The final selection will be based on the following with due weights to each of the components:
f) Written Ability Test
g) Personal interview
h) Composite score
i) Other Achievements
Your CAT score is quite low, but if satisfying the other parameters as mentioned above can make it possible. So good luck

Yes you can get admission in Christ deemed to be University (Lavasa Pune) through CMAT. The eligibility and minimum scores are given below.
1. Educational qualification : 50% or above marks in aggregate in the undergraduate examinations. (Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters / years of undergraduate examinations conducted so far). Students writing their final degree examinations during March-May 2020 are also eligible to apply.
2. Entrance score requirements :
a. A composite score of 500 or above in the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by AIMA in either September - 2019 / December 2019 OR
b. A composite score of 450 or above in GMAT 2019 OR 2020 OR
c. A composite score or 300 or above in GRE 2019 OR 2020 OR
d. 50 percentile or above in the Common Management Admission Test (CMAT 2020) OR
e. 50 percentile or above in the Common Admission Test 2019 (CAT) conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) OR
f. 50 percentile or above in the XAT Test for Management Admissions (XAT) 2020
g. 50 percentile or above in the ATMA 2020.
