80+ Percentile in CAT is preferred there, and also good academic records with a minimum of 50%. If your dream is to take admission in ISM Dhanbad, then you require a minimum 80-85 percentile in CAT. Good luck.

Your CAT score is negative as well as not accepted anywhere in India even a normal management institute won't give admission on this score please try for other MBA entrance exams like CMAT MAT ATMA or else join a good MBA entrance class and try next year.
