Yes, you are eligible for MAT exam. It starts on Feb 16th, 2020 and the results are expected to be declared on Feb 28th, 2020.

Your expected CMAT percentile is between 65-70. ITM Hyderabad needs CMAT percentile above 90 hence your chances for admission at ITM Hyderabad are very less. While the last year CMAT cutoff for ITM Nagpur was 80 percentile, Hence, your chances for admission here are moderate.

Last year CMAT cutoff for PIMR was above 80 percentile. So, if these trends are continuing during this year also then your admission chances are very less.

2. Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune

Further the expected CMAT cutoff for XMIE Bangalore is above 80 percentile, Hence you can also apply here.

For better option, you should go for another management entrance exams like MAT and NMAT etc. For better options. However on the basis of your CMAT percentile, you can go through with following colleges.
1. Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow
2. Thiagarajar School of Management, Madurai
3. Doon Business School, Dehradun
4. Dehradun Institute of Technology (MBA), Dehradun
5. Galgotias Business School, Greater Noida
6. Alliance School of Business, Bangalore
Further you can also tryout for UPES Dehradun, but the CMAT percentile of UPES can go above 80.

Shortlisting for PGDM for Regular Round shall be based on XAT CAT GMAT or CMAT score of candidates. The interviews for this shall be held only in Goa. Those shortlisted will be eligible to apply for scholarships. Those not shortlisted for this round will not be eligible for scholarships.
