You have a decent percentile. I suggest, you can go for ISBM Nande campus, as that being the main campus provides decent placement. Hope this helps. Thank you.

Getting any government University is a bit difficult with low scores. However, if you are someone from Maharashtra then you might be considered. But, in my opinion 85% is not something that PUMBA expects. Try with some other entrance score.

Every year, the marks obtained differs and since the marking system is CAT is relative and not absolute, one cannot predict what markets will 96% fetch as it depends on how your peers perform. But, if you want an average prediction of score then it can be roughly around 130 marks.

Cut-off for general category for IMS Davv Indore is 90 or above. 82 percentile is comparatively not the qualifying marks for IMS. But, there are other good B-schools that you can get at this score. Consider them as well.

Hi,
Yes, you can give CAT 2019. Although, chances of cracking it are less, you will get an idea of the outlay of the exam, and it will help you if you want to give CAT 2020.
