Hi, MBA and CFA are the two different courses which have their own benefits. CFA is a professional finance course and trending too. You can go for any finance professional course which I think is a better option. You don't get much coverage by doing MBA. So CFA or FRM will the good one. Thanks.

Hi,
All the IIMs usually follow a two-step selection process. First, short-listing on the basis of CAT score and then WAT and PI rounds for the short-listed students.
1. Common Admission Test (CAT)
2. Written Ability Test (What) and Personal Interview (PI)
Most of the Iims are giving higher preferences to PI and CAT scores, academic qualifications are also important but are having less weightage. Further, the work experience is another deciding factor. So, in my opinion, you must be considered for an IIM call.
Good luck.

SGSITS is a good college so instead of preparing for JEE you can either opt for CAT so that new opportunities will be available for you.

I believe in depending on one book and practicing it entirely. This helps in the methodical flow of preparation with respect to all the sections of CAT. Arun Sharma book How to prepare for Data Interpretation for CAT & How to prepare for Logical Reasoning for CAT are the best ones for learning whole concepts gradually from basic to advance level. To learn how to solve reasoning based questions quickly and to hone solving skills to the finest level in DI&LR, I suggest referring to the video tutorials of Hand Ka Funda, the style of teaching the concepts and shortcuts is very clear and helps in apprehending well and solving all types of D

Hello,
You have secured good academic marks in past, but colleges give weightage equally to every sections like marks scored in entrance examination, what/GD PI and marks scored graduation (weightage varies from college to college). To be in safe zone try to score anywhere in between 90-95. All the best.
