MS based only given candidate:-MH-CET Exam, PGDM Based salected:-CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, accepted DTE CAP Rounds. Correspondance courses for CMAT will vary as per the coaching institutes, some keeps 3 months, some 2 months. You can check respective coaching institutes for short term/capsule courses for CMAT. I suppose most of the coaching institutes would have started the programs. Some of the best coaching institutes you can look for -
IMs, TIME, Career Launcher.

Geneally the CAT cut off for Punjab University MBA is around 90 percentile. There are many participating institutes in Punjab University. For those colleges respective institutes decides the cut off.

It's not only about good percentile to get a call from an IIM, but your previous academics as well as work experience is also taken into consideration too. For IIM A 99.95+ percentile with splendid academics from 10th, 12th and degree along with a decent work experience will do the trick. Work experience is not an eligibility criteria though preference is given to it.

Next MAT exam will be conducted on 2 December.

Good college means top 25 colleges. For that you should target minimum 95 percentile.

Yes, you are eligible. You have to go through admission process. There are GD and PI in the admission process. You have to perform well in this rounds so that it will overcome your 2 years lost.
