Congrats ! There are companies which have hired recently like TCS, Talent Corner,Progressive digital media , Jaro Education and many others, but there are few PSUs like Coal India Limited which come for hiring MBA students.

after iim c.their are only iift. bt my suggestion go outside of west Bengal,like Bangalore,pune,mumbai,their u get better education.better placement,,,better industry intersection.

I would like to suggest MBA in finance and banking has lot of scope concerned to HR, an average salary for MBA in finance would be 3-3.5 Lakhs P.A. It would also depends on company which they offer where there are students who placed for 7-8 lakhs package.

I would advise you that at least have 2years of work experience and then go for MBA overseas, usually many colleges abroad prefer who have work experience, and coming to MBA program USA, UK, Australia, Singapore are best countries to do MBA program. And 10lakhs budget is No ways enough, as per year
