MBA placements at Institute of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University is goos as per the recent records. Institute of Management Studies (FMS BHU) offers a total of 118 seats for its two management courses. The seats are mainly offfered based on the CAT scores. However, the institute follows few reservation policies while allocating the seats. The seats are mainly reserved for few of the reserved categories as follows:
- SC Candidates 15 % of the intake
- ST Candidates 7.5% of the intake
- PC Candidates 3% of the intake (on horizontal reservation basis)

CAT cut off for Institute of Management Studies, BHU MBA range of 94-100 percentile. The institutes have fixed admission cut-offs on the basis of overall performance of candidates in the CAT 2025 exam. Meeting the minimum CAT cut-off is mandatory for candidates to be shortlisted for MBA admission. Candidates have to meet CAT sectional cut-off too for selection to the WAT-PI round of MBA colleges.

Institute of Management Studies admission dates for the MBA will be out soon. Candidates can visit the official website to apply for the programme. Students can also refer to the entrance exam dates since admission to the MBA course is subject to valid exam scores of CAT exam. The complete timeline for CAT 2025 will be released son on the official website. CAT 2025 exam will be conducted on the last Sunday of November 2025. Registration process for the CAT exam 2025 will begin in the first week of August 2025.

IIM Sambalpur released the qualifying CAT percentile for shortlisting candidates for the first stage of admission. As per the official website, the overall CAT cutoff percentile for MBA admission at IIM Sambalpur is 90, while for the sectional cutoff, the percentile is 65 for the students belonging to the General AI quota.
