NIT Rourkela MBA admission is entirely entrance-based. The selection process begin with the release of the application for respective entrance exams. Candidtaes have to qualify for the exam and fill an application form on the official website of NIT-R for admission to MBA course. Next, the shortlisted candidates will be called for a GD and PI round for the final selection. All the selection parameters have been given different weightage in the admission process. NIT Rourkela MBA applications are accepted online. Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before applying. After the declaration of CAT results, candidates have to register. In order to get into the UWL MBA course, the admission requirements given below must be met:

  • An Honors degree (2:2) or above from a UK university or equivalent is required
  • work experience 
  • IELTS score of 6.5

Since both are very different institutions, it may be unfair to try and draw comparisons between them. Having said that, applicants should know that an MBA from Northwood offers them the know-how necessary to thrive in the current global business climate, IIM Ahmedabad offers a more demanding academic program and has a higher QS rank as well.

Yes, Both Colleges are top Colleges for MBA studies. However, I feel CIMS is better than the National Institute of Business Excellence.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a two-year full-time postgraduate course offered by the Bangalore University,
Bengaluru and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

For the experienced people, it is better to the MBA from abroad by writing and preparing for GMAT. If you can't go abroad then please don't join any local college. It is a complete waste.
