The ILAM-JIMS scholarship is not available to all students; it is only provided for those who are really good in their studies or top in their exams. Good-performing students get the chance to study abroad, and all expenses are paid by the university. Candidates who belong to minority groups also get minority scholarships from the minority commission. If you want to take a loan, there is no option for it. For handicapped students, universities provide scholarships.
