Both of these universities in Kerala are constantly compared with each other. Some of the statistics are presented for the universities below for a fair comparison:

In order to get admission to MBA at MCKV, the minimum eligibility is to Graduate with Statistics/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Computer Science from a recognised university, which is a mandatory step to clear before applying. Admission to MBA at MCKV is entrance-based. Those who want to get admission to this course are required to qualify for either CAT/ GMAT/ MAT/ JEMAT/ XAT entrance exams with a valid score.

CAT cut offs for top IIMs usually range from 98 to 100 percentile for General category students. For reserved category students the IIM cut offs are slightly lower around 95 to 98 percentile. The CAT cut offs for admission to top MBA colleges such as FMS, MDI, SPJIMR among others, range from 90 to 99 percentile.

CAT cut offs for top IIMs usually range from 98 to 100 percentile for General category students. For reserved category students the IIM cut offs are slightly lower around 95 to 98 percentile. The CAT cut offs for admission to top MBA colleges such as FMS, MDI, SPJIMR among others, range from 90 to 99 percentile. Minimum marks of passing will be 35% of the total marks allotted to that paper/internal assessment/practical. A candidate has to pass individuality in theory papers/internal assessment/practical separately. Gondwana University follows a CGPA system. You can convert your CGPA into percentage by using the formula mentioned below.

NMU offers an MBA in the full-time mode for two years. Candidates with valid MAH CET percentiles are called for the further process. As per NMU cutoff 2023, the closing percentile for MNU MBA after Round 2 stood at 60.13 for the General category candidates from All India Quota. In 2022, the closing percentile for MBA was 91.85 and in 2021, it was 65.62. Also, the university offers admission to MBA course through various afiiliated colleges On analysing the cutoff, NMU has witnessed a fluctuating trend. The MBA selection process at Thakur Institute of Management Studies and Research (TIMSR) is based on merit and entrance exams.
