The interview process of IIM Ranchi is held under CAP (common admission process). Candidates who qualify for CAT are further invited to the personal interview round. The PI is conducted virtually and exact dates and information for the same is communicated to the shortlisted candidates in due course. The personal interview round is conducted to assess the candidate's leadership skills, subject knowledge, problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
