Panjab University offers two-year MBA programmes across four specialisations via the University Business School and across seven specialisations via the University Institute of Applied Management Sciences. Other than these,  Dr. S. Bhatnagar University Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology offers an Integrated BE (Chemical) - MBA to the students. Admission to all MBA courses is entrance-based at all these institutes. While for Integrated MBA, students need a valid score in JEE Main exam, admission to UBS and UIAMS is subject to a valid score in CAT and PU MET exams, respectively.

Yes, aspirants can get admission without CUET-PG score. The direct admission is also available for MBA programme at ICCMRT Lucknow. However, it is granted only if the seats are left vacant after AKTU counselling. Further, the ICCMRT direct admission process is carried out for the vacant seats is subject to the approval from AKTU. Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Visakhapatnam offers PGP (equivalent to an MBA) at the postgraduate level. PGP is the flagship course offered by the institute. The total fee charged by the institute for the PGP programme is INR 17.82 lakh which includes programme fee and student welfare fee. Students are also required to pay a one-time refundable caution deposit of INR 30,000 at the beginning of term one. An advance amount of INR 29,970 (for Mess and AC charges) will have to be paid in addition to the fee mentioned above along with each term fee.

Candidates seeking admission to PGP programme in IIM Visakhapatnam are firstly required to apply for the CAT exam. The candidates must visit the official website of CAT to register. The registration process requires to upload required documents and submitting a fee of  INR 2,400 (General category) and INR 1,200 (Reserved category). Candidates have to clear all the phase to be admitted to the PGP programme. 

Candidates seeking admission to UBS and UIAMS for MBA are required to fulfil different eligibility criteria for MBA admission. The same is as follows (institute-wise):

• UBS: Any UG/PG degree with 50% aggregate with a valid score in CAT exam.
• UIAMS: Any relevant UG or PG degree with 50% aggregate, such as BE/ BTech/ BCA/ AMIE/ UG degree in Pharmacy/ MBBS/ BAMS/ BHMS/ BDS/ BPharma/ BPT/ BSc (Nursing)/ BVoc (Hospital Mgmt.).

Admission for this course is made on the basis of merit determined by scores of the aspirants in the Management Entrance Test (MET) conducted by PU, followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
