There is no such provision for direct admission to the MBA programme at any of the IIMs including IIM Sirmaur. You need to fulfil the following criteria:

• A bachelor degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate.
• A valid CAT score

Candidates should keep certain documents with them while filling out the CAT application form. Here is the list of those documents required to complete the CAT application process.

• Class 12 mark sheet
• UG degree
• Work experience certificate (if applicable)
• Aadhaar Card
• Date of Birth proof
• Address proof
• Caste category certificate (if applicable)
• Scanned images of photograph and signature
• Credit/Debit card or Internet banking details for fee payment

IIM Sirmaur offers two-year full-time MBA (General) and MBA (Tourism) residential programmes. Candidates willing to take admission to any of the aforementioned MBA domains must possess a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate and should have a valid score in the CAT exam.

Candidates based on their CAT score will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI) round. Those who qualify for the Personal Interview (PI) round will be required to report to the admission cell at IIM Sirmaur for document verification of total tuition fee payment leading to final seat allotment to the MBA programme at IIM Sirmaur.

The candidates are selected on the basis of the entrance exam for the MBA course at VBSPU Jaunpur. The university accepts Purvanchal University Combined Admission Test (PUCAT)/ UPSEE scores followed by Counselling. Candidates must clear the eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the course. The criteria is that the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 45% aggregate (50% aggregate for SC/ST/OBC) and 50% aggregate for Finance & Control. Candidates appearing in the final year of the examination can also apply.
