Your overall profile which includes your Entrance exam score (MH-CET/CMAT/CAT), 10th, 12th and Graduation marks, work experience (if any), extra curricular activities and P3T test score. The cut-off is generally around 80-85 percentile but there have been instances of people with 75 percentile getting called while people with 91 percentile being rejected all on basis of the whole profile.

BCA would be a suitable degree compared to B.Sc. In Computer Science, although one can pursue MBA after doing both. The major difference here is that BCA is a professional course, hence there are more career opportunities after pursuing BCA as compared to B.Sc.

The first and basic difference between the two programs is that the MBA is a Degree programme whereas a PGDM is a Diploma programme. An MBA programme is offered by a government or private university or a college affiliated with a university.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree programs are available online through Distance Education. The duration of this course is two years, with a four-year maximum period for completion of the course. Most of the students pursue an Online/Distance MBA after completing their graduation. Online/Distance MBA is the second most pursued course in Bangalore after IT courses. There are 36 colleges in Bangalore which provide Online/Distance MBA courses on their premises.
