Dual courses here means not PGPEX with EMBA, here, it is that you can opt for dual specialisation. As according to the new education policy, you can't opt for dual courses, but you can opt for dual specialisation.

No, there is no sports quota at Iims for MBA courses. You will have to appear in the CAT exam to be eligible to apply for the MBA course at IIMS. However, if you've done well in your sports career, like playing at the national level, you may get an edge in the interview round. It will give a good impression of your profile to the interview panel. To qualify for an IIM interview, you have to give Common Admission Test CAT exam or GMAT exam.
