Definitely you can join MBA. The degree programme in Maters in Business Administration is one of the most jobs provider educational degree course in the world. MBA in general is about choosing what you want to do in life. The branch you choose must be based on which part you will be suited for. XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) is a national-level management entrance examination conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur for admission to MBA/PGDM programmes. Apart from XLRI and 10 other XAMI member colleges, over 1,000 B-schools accept XAT scores for admission to their post-graduate management programmes.

40% score is not to bad but if you require more percentage in degree for future for MBA or PG. Your percentage should be minimum 70% in your college. If you are willing to give your last year second time it's okay with but if you would like to ask me 40% is not at all bad.

You can't be able to do MBA at a same time while you are doing a degree because an MBA Admission requires a degree from a college.
