Hi.
An MBA degree from a premier B-School after a bachelor's in Science makes a candidate much more employable with diverse skill sets that might help them reach newer heights in their career stint. An education like this with some on-ground work experience is not only accepted globally but respected also. Because such a candidate is considered well-equipped with both technical and managerial knowledge and is offered best in the business job roles by top recruiters like Cipla, Bharat Biotech, Biocon, Ranbaxy, and Dr. Reddys, some of the job profiles offered are:

That totally depends on your interest, skill set and long term goals. No particular specialisation can be good for every single individual. Had it been the case, every private institute would have offered that one specialisation only and every student would have opted for that same. My personal suggestion is Marketing and finance are best one. It's play a major role in business and whatever. It will be advisable if you do your degree from a well known university and that provides prime placement opportunity, outstanding exposure and professional enhancement training.
