There are around 40 seats that are available for the course of MBA in Retail Management. Candidates are advised to check the official website of JSS Science and Technology University to confirm the seat availibility as this information is always subject to change. The seat intake limits for MBA courses at JSS Science and Technology University can be checked under the "About Admissions" section under the Admissions tab.

Yes, every MBA course at the JSS Science and Technology University requires students to undergo an internship during their summer break. The assessment for this internship will be conducted at the end of the third semester in place of the mini project assessment. The internship is done in the summer break after the end of the 2nd semester or 1st year. Candidates can look at the curriculum of their chosen MBA course on the official website.

According to the available cutoff data for MBA courses at JSS Science and Technology University, the MBA in Retail Management course has the lowest cutoff for admissions. However, there is a drastic increase in the cutoff for the MBA in Retail Management between 2023 and 2024. The increase in cutoff ranks is present in almost every MBA course offered by JSS Science and Technology University. From the current data, candidates can expect the closing ranks to increase this year as well.

ISSM Business School offers MBA as a 2 year, PG level programme on the basis of entrance. However, for initial shortlisting, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation. For further shortlisting, candidates must secure valid scores in accepted entrance exams such as MAT/ XAT/ CAT/ TSICET/ TANCET or other equivalent national level exam. After a successful shortlisting on the basis of cutoff rank/score, candidates will be shortlisted for group discussion and personal interview.

As per the overall placement statistics released by MMMUT, the highest and average packages offered to students participating in the 2025 placement drive stood at INR 48 LPA and INR 7 LPA, respectively. Moreover, over 100 recruiters participated in 2025 placements and offered over 900 jobs.

Aspirants who have completed graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for PGDM at International School of Business and Media Bangalore. There is a relaxation of 5% aggregate (45%) for reserved category candidates. Those who are appearing for the final year examination can also apply provided they complete all the degree requirements by September 30 of the admission year.
