Never think about integrated MBA because if you go for it, you will repent it afterwards. Do BBA first and then clear entrance exams to pursue MBA from a good institute. Best of luck!

Yes, why not. but Institutes like JBIMS are the most sought after MBA institutes after IIMs so you need to be among the top percentile holders in CAT or XAT to get admission there.

First, make sure that you score 50 percent marks in graduation and start preparing for CAT from 3rd year onward so that you can take admission in an MBA institute without losing much time.

Exact fee for PGDM is Rs 6.25 lacs which is only for tuition fee. This is an autonomous institute so affiliation is not provided by any university. MSRAM is even a collaboration of Ramaiah institute in same campus offering MBA affiliated to Mysore university(UOM)

Ideally you are not eligible. You need a minimum of 50%. But I would suggest you to apply, if you would like to give it a try. Who knows they might give you an opportunity if there are not enough applicants.

It is a decent option but go for Asia Pacific Institute of Management and FIIB Delhi as these are better options.
