There are several universities offering distance MBA. But, if you think for knowledge & career prospects,good university like ICFAI, Symbiosis & IGNOU.
International business is very good scope in market if you have prior experience.

IIM Calcutta is ranked No. 2 in Business Today 2015 All India ranking. As per QS World University Rankings 2015 IIM Calcutta is ranked at 166. Ranking may vary as per different survey agencies ranking criteria and analysis.

To get a Government Job, you just need to have a Graduation Degree.
So, you are eligible for many Government job exams.
So, you should try to prepare for those Exams like - SSC CGL IBPS Bank PO, IBPS SO bank Exams, Railway Exams etc.

All IIM's do not count work experience. In IIM-B, relevant work experience is also given weightage. You experience can only be understood better in relation to your work profile. IIMs are known for generic MBA degree. However, some IIMs based on faculty and past placement records are branded with a management function. IIM Ahmedabad is known for consulting. IIM Kolkata for Finance. IIM Lucknow is best known for Marketing. XLRI is best for MBA HR in India.

If you complete BA with min 50% marks you will be eligible to seek admission in MBA. You may face challenges in getting admission in top BSchools because of your acedmic records unless you score perfect percentile in MBA entrance exams
