MBA has got a lot of value through distance education. Institutes like IGNOU, Pondicherry University offer the same and in private, NMIMS, Symbiosis offer this course based on their eligibility criteria. Try to contact them.

France does offer good MBA programs at low cost. However, local language is very important if you intend to work there. Post completion of the program, you will get one year time to stay there.

If MBA in Marketing is your target educational qualification then it does not matter whether you do BCA or B.Sc. You may choose graduation degree based on your interests.

You should be graduate with any stream and should have experience to get into executive MBA. There are lot of colleges for the same such as Symbiosis, IIM, etc.
They have different selection criteria.
