CS is company secretaryship certification program and may be done along with a regular program or as individual. MBA is a Masters degree program offered by many universities.

Yes, they prefer experienced candidates, so do job for at least one year and then try in them.

For Karnataka students it is Rs.3,30,000 per annum. Students from other states have to pay Rs.3,45,000 for the first year and for the second year it is Rs.3,30,000. So the total fee is Rs.6,60,000 for Karnataka students and Rs.6,75,000 for the students from other states. The fee is same for all the
