PGDM from reputed institutes like IIM, XLRI etc and MBA in the second preference.

MBA is the study of management topics at manager level, which includes marketing & sales of a product, Financial management of a company, Selection and development of manpower(hr), information technology management, hospital management etc.

Eligibility for admission in IIFM is minimum 50% in graduation so my suggestion is check with admission counselor of college itself .he is the best person to guide you about it.

Is it worth to take admission through paid seats in MBA or MBA (IB) in FMS BHU, or should I opt for MBA from NIT-Allahabad?

As far as i know FMS BHU is better than NIT. You cannot call it as a mistake but FMS BHU is a good call. Average package of this year as of now is Rs.7.1 lakhs for FMS. Rest is your decision. All the best.

If you work hard yes of course you can go abroad too. have faith in yourself, observe, learn, analyse and prove yourself a little different from others and nothing is impossible.

It depends on your skill, grades that you acquire in entrance exam and but obviously English language is very necessary as you have to give English language exams as well.
