MBA you get from University, its Masters degree where as PGDM is diploma from college. Both have equal value. But the negative point of PGDM is that you cannot pursue Ph.D after that.

Santosh, MBA through distance mode is basically for working professionals. It is going to add value to the work experience of the person and get him/ her promotion and success in career. But in case one is not working then doing MBA through distance mode is not advisable as most companies don't give
