Dear ghanshyam. you are 100% true. suppose without PG you joined job got experience that is ok. But at the time of promotion. organisations look higher qualifications most the time. so better to have higher qualifications in order to get promotions etc. i prefer you should have good qualifications.

Yes it does have good placements but only if you manage to make it to Main campus or Maharaja agersen college, DIAS, Bhai Premanand, Else no other college is considered to be reputed and having good placements.

For getting admission in top business school you must need to score atleast 90% or above in CAT/XAT and for that you need to study really hard and practice as much as possible so if you are targeting CAT this year i will recommend you to prepare for CAT instead of job.

Hello Arup, the university suggested below has its branch in Pune with a nominal fees, you can try for that.
