Hi, As far as placement is concerned, IILM is proud to have 12000+ well placed Alumni in top companies in India and Abroad. Various MNCs like KPMG, Amazon, EY, ITC, L&T, Square Yard, Godrej, Jaguar, LOreal, OYO, American Express and other 300+ big names come to the campus for recruitment and internships. The average salary package of IILM University is 7 to 7.5 LPA and the highest salary package is 24 LPA in L&T Finance (Singapore), 18.5 Lacs per annum in Square Yards (Dubai) in 2020. A student got placed in Amazon with the highest package of 16.5 LPA in 2019. Best of Luck!

The gap of one year after B.Com does not affect adversely during your MBA Admission as well as in placements. The academic performance, entrance scores, extra curricular activities, GD and PI are the main components plays vital role in selection of a candidate.
