Yes, it's genuinely one of the cheapest states for MBBS if you get a government seat. Colleges like AIIMS Deoghar and Ranchi University charge just a few thousand rupees a year. Even RIMS Ranchi's fee is quite affordable compared to many other states. It's one of the biggest reasons students prefer government colleges here.
