NEET cutoffs depend on the difficulty level of the paper, so it varies every year. Generally, the cutoffs for the OBC students are from 450-500 and above.

No you have to secure the qualifying marks in NEET exam. Case no 1 - If you get admission through state quota or AIQ in a government medical college
Fees from 60 k to 80 k per annum approximately 3.5 Lacs for MBBS
Case no 2 - If you get admission in private medical college
Fees from 6 Lacs - 8 Lacs per annum approximately 35 Lacs - 40 Lacs for MBBS
Case no -3 If you get admission in deemed university
Fees from 20 Lacs - 25 Lacs per annum approximately 1 crore- 1.25 crores for MBBS

From academic session 2017-18, foreign candidates are required to appear in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test NEET conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for admission in MBBS/BDS undergraduate courses in India. That's all you need to do, if you want a good college
