The revised NEET cut-off scores for 2024, which will be effective from this year itself are —672/720 and 696 /740 respectively; For MBBS admissions at Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune. The typical NEET cut-off ranges between 600–630 marks (68–72 percentile) for general, 550–580 marks (62 to 66 percentiles) in OBC &500 –530marks(56-59percentile)-SC/ST. Yes you may have less chances to get a government MBBS seat through All india quota.

If you are from EWS category and your mark is 630, you will not get any college through all India counselling in 2024
So, therefore, it depends upon the state that you belongs to.
State such as Bihar, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu have fee below 30,000
Rajasthan and Maharashtra have Fee above one Lacs per year

If you are from general Or OBC category, you will not get any college In any of the state Through all India counselling
If you're from SC/ST category, you can get college both from state counselling and All India counselling.
