AIIMS campuses are in list of top applicants ( top 1000-2000 NEET rank holders target AIIMS) .

You can write both exams. If you want to get a seat in aims institute you can write aims exam but the seats are limited If you want to get seat in all over India you can write neet. It is your wish you can attempt aims or neet or both.
