National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), administered by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), is the primary determinant of admission to the MBBS programme at Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS). The MBBS placements at Kasturba Medical College Manipal are known to be very good.

161 PG (3-year) students were placed last year. The median package offered to PG (3-year) students during Kasturba Medical College placements 2023 was INR 15.80 LPA.

During the 2024 placements 126 students got placed and 188 students got placed.

MBBS is one of the popular courses offered by Subharti University. The university offers a 4.5-year MBBS programme including one-year internship. Looking at the placement data, MBBS students have got excellent opportunities. According to Swami Vivekanand Subharti University Meerut NIRF report 2023, the median package offered during Subharti University MBBS placements 2022 stood at INR 7 LPA. There was a rise of over 16% in the MBBS median package offered in 2022 as compared with 2021.

Yes, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University offers 4.5 year MBBS course including one-year internship. Candidates who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST) can apply for the SVSU MBBS course. Admission to MBBS course is based on NEET score.

In my point of view, getting a medical seat in any of the reputed colleges is not easy in India as many of the aspirants are choosing to study MBBS . There is always an evergreen tough competition among the students who choose to study MBBS. Saveetha University is one of the reputed universities in Tamilnadu. So securing seats will be definitely competitive but as long as you have scored good marks in your 12th grade or else your NEET exam score is good . then you'll definitely get a MBBS seats at Saveetha University. MBBS admissions at Chandigarh Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH Chandigarh) are generally considered to be good, with a placement rate of 69.11% for PG (3 years) students by 2022.
