In case of MBBS at AIIMS Nagpur, the total expense of the complete course of 5.5 years is approximately INR 6080. This can be paid at the beginning of admission as an entrance fee to cover tuition fee. Hostel charges are different, about INR 4,228 per annum. Being a candidate under the SC category, although the SC category is not eligible to receive concessions in the tuition fee as compared to other categories in the AIIMS institutes, you are eligible to receive a concession in admission with NEET cutoffs.

Yes, after having 12 th passed through NIOS and having passed NEET, it is normally possible to pursue MBBS abroad. The National medical commission (NMC) has made it clear that the students of NIOS are eligible to appear in NEET UG. Private College Fees:

MBBS fees in private colleges can vary significantly based on the college's reputation, location, and facilities, but they generally start around INR 5 Lacs and can go up to INR 25 Lacs or more annually.

Government College Fees:

Government medical colleges have much lower fees, often below INR 2 Lacs per year, but competition for seats is extremely high.

Additional Costs:

Besides tuition, you'll also need to factor

For MBBS at AIIMS Nagpur, via SC category you'll likely need around 640–680 marks in NEET. Last year, admission went through at approximately 674 marks for SC students in 2024 .So, scoring above 650 marks gives you a good chance this year. Just keep an eye on official counselling updates after the results.
